     Media: solvent-ink PVC with clear permanent PSA.

2.  Production description: OV-S08 is 270mic. super glossy PVC with with acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive. The glue is permanent for eco(mild)-solvent and solvent printers applied.

3.  Feature: High white glossy present wide color gamut, color brilliance and productivity.Hard and stiff release liner keep PVC flat on surface and suitable for any brand solvent printer. The product is used to advertisment on the vehicle, train, roadside board.

4.  Substrate material:

      composition: monomeric calendered high glossy PVC

       thickness of vinyl: 0.08mm.

       softness : 26PHR

5.   Release liner

      140gsm one side PE treated premium paper, one side siliconized

       release strength: 15g/inch

6.  Solvent acrylic pressure sensitive gelatin, permanent

     glue thickness : 25 mic.

     stick on SUS 20 min. peel off strength : 980/25mm

     stick on glass 20min. peel off strength : 740/25mm

     stick on lacquer 20 min. peel off strength : 700/25mm

Eco(mild)-solvent printer ROLAND-SOLJET, MIMAKI-JV3, MUTOH-FALCON II, DGI,

also for solvent printer VETEK, SALSA, GRANDJET, NUR, etc.

10.  Shelf life : 12 months

11.  Shrinkage: shrink in 2% without printed ink at outdoor.

12.  Storage condition:

       Keep all finished rolls on horizontal position, avoid from direct sun light.

       Recommend storage between temperature 15-25 degree Celsius and 35-65% relative humidity.
