2.   Production description: 3#BC is 215mic. semi-matt vinyl(PVC) self adhesive applied.

3.   Features:3#BC semi-matt laminating film is high quality standard product,used by automatic cold laminators.  The stable attributes of these films render excellent protection against moisture,airbone pollutants and scratched dirty.

Good abrasion resistance;Excellent adhesion on graphic media; Impeccable tansparency

5.  Vinyl specification:

     composition: monomeric calendered semi-matt PVC

     thickness of vinyl: 60um.

     softness : 28PHR

6.   Release liner

      100gsm one side PE treated premium paper, one side siliconized

       release strength: 15g/inch

7.  Solvent acrylic pressure sensitive gelatin, permanent

     glue thickness : 25 mic.

     stick on SUS 20 min. peel off strength : 1280/25mm

     stick on glass 20min. peel off strength : 860/25mm

     stick on lacquer 20 min. peel off strength : 1080/25mm

8.  Standard size:  36(0.914m), 42(1.067m), 50(1.27m), 54(1.37m),60(1.524m) x 164(50m)

    Special size or packing can be processed or changed by OEM according to client requirement.

9.   Shelf life: 12 months

10.   Packing: 1roll/CTN,  76mm(3) core.

11.   Shrinkage: shrink in 3% without printed ink at outdoor for one year.

12.   Special note: solvent inks corrode both vinyl and gelatin which may lead to abnomarl shrinkage of vinyl. Solvent printouts are not recommended to be laminated by 2#B. Specially not be used at outdoor. Application roll temperature: 40-50 degree Celsius.

   If the pressure is inadequate when laminating, it will cause silvering that particularly visible on dark colors.

13.   Storage condition:

       Keep all finished rolls on horizontal position, avoid from direct sun light.

       Recommend storage between temperature 15-25 degree Celsius and 35-65% relative humidity.
